Special Projects

Projects have included work on advertising and TV series, principally Taggart, and the famous Meerkat adverts.

This is the centre piece of a Victorian drinking-water fountain originally cast in Glasgow.

 



The fountain is being prepared as the centre piece for the atrium of the newly refurbished National Museum in Chambers Street.


Painted in naturalistic colours in flat-finish signwriters oils.  Varnished to bring up the full colour

Boat modelling is a speciality hobby in Cockenzie and Port Seton.
Following the traditional styles used on the real thing, this lettering
is about 8mm high


Gilded name and home port on the S.Y. Romola, for F. Multon.
Preliminary draft to establish the shape of the words which will appear
 to be level when applied to the curve of the stern of the vessel.
